Brand-New 2-Bedroom Villa for Rent in Cepaka with Rice Field Views

Located in the peaceful surroundings of Cepaka, this brand-new 2-bedroom villa for rent offers a beautifully finished home with modern interiors, warm natural materials and open views across the surrounding rice fields.

The property is arranged across two floors and designed in a modern Zen architectural style, combining clean contemporary lines with natural timber, neutral tones, carefully selected furniture and a calm, minimalist atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a comfortable fully enclosed living and dining area, designed for everyday long-term living. Large glass openings bring plenty of natural light into the space and create a direct connection with the private outdoor area.

The kitchen is one of the highlights of the interior, featuring warm wooden cabinetry, generous preparation space and a clean modern finish. It connects naturally with the dining and lounge areas, creating a practical central space for cooking, relaxing and entertaining.

Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and a comfortable sunbathing area. The outdoor space feels private and easy to maintain, while still providing plenty of room to enjoy Bali’s climate.

Upstairs, the bedrooms continue the same refined design, with large windows, quality furnishings and natural wood details. The elevated position allows the villa to take advantage of the surrounding greenery and open rice field views, giving the upper level a particularly peaceful atmosphere.

The main bathroom is generously finished and includes a freestanding bathtub, separate shower and contemporary fixtures, adding another level of comfort to the property.

One of the strongest aspects of the villa is its setting. Cepaka offers a much quieter and greener residential environment than central Canggu, with extensive rice fields and a more relaxed atmosphere, while still remaining within reach of Seseh, Pererenan and the wider Canggu area.

With its brand-new condition, modern Zen design, tasteful furnishings, private pool and beautiful natural surroundings, this villa is an excellent choice for a couple, small family or friends looking for a long-term 2-bedroom villa rental in Cepaka.
