Located in a peaceful residential area of Tumbak Bayuh, just minutes from Pererenan, this brand new 2 bedroom luxury villa combines Mediterranean inspired architecture, refined interiors and a comfortable layout designed for modern tropical living.

Set on approximately 220 m² of land with around 147 m² of building space, the property has been finished with careful attention to detail, combining warm natural tones, quality materials and elegant contemporary furnishings throughout.

The main living area is fully enclosed and air conditioned, creating a comfortable space for everyday living. A stylish lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen are arranged within one bright and practical environment.
